When I finished my last university modules back in April I started looking a bit more into the MonoGame framework as a sandbox to test new ideas. At the start, most of them were minor in nature and not worth sharing here, but some turned up interesting results and so are here in repeatable GIF form with descriptions of what they do and how they work.


In January 2019 I started learning Java after having put off doing so for a few years. I quickly took to libGDX and started to port some of the code I’d done in MonoGame as well as tinker with new ideas; below are some GIFs showing my progress.
